SWISS CNC SCREW MACHINE OPERATOR/PROGRAMMER

This position programs, sets up and maintains CNC screw machines.

Requirements for this position include: Frequent reaching, bending and lifting.  Set up, maintain and program screw machines, adjusting offsets loading bars, cleaning out chips.  New part programming with Esprit software.  Collaborate with Production and Engineering on new part processing.

Basic math skills, strong attention to accuracy and detail and the ability to understand verbal and/or written instructions.

This position is on 1st shift:  8:00am – 4:30pm

 

INJECTION MOLDING PROCESS TECHNICIAN

This position will set up and start injection molding machines, ensuring all processes are followed and reporting is completed.  Supervisory skills are preferred.

Requirements for this position include: set up molding machines and process/debug existing molds, ensure process monitors are on and set correctly, answer alarms, record changes, collaborate with other departments including quality and engineering.

Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and standing in this position. Lifting and occasional climbing are required.  Strong attention to detail and ability to read and follow instructions is important.  Experience with injection molding equipment including:  molding machines, chiller systems, thermolators, driers and grinders.

This position is on:  2nd shift  4:00pm – 12:30am     and      3rd shift  12:00am – 8:30am

 

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

This position will help keep plant machinery and mechanical equipment in good repair: repair and maintain electric molding machines, auxiliary equipment, chiller and cooler systems.  Perform some light building and grounds maintenance.

Requirements for this position include:  Standing and walking for long periods of time.  Frequent lifting, stooping, bending, pushing and pulling.

Mechanical aptitude, strong attention to accuracy and detail and the ability to understand verbal and/or written instructions.  Experience is required.

This position is on:    1st shift: 8:00am – 4:30pm

 

QUALITY ENGINEER

This position will assist the Quality Manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System.

Requirements for this position include: Measuring production parts– first article, in process and final inspection; Layout experience, FMEA, APQP, MSA, SPC and PPAP as well as completing related documentation.

Basic metrology skills, blueprint reading, GD&T and CMM experience with strong attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to understand verbal and/or written instructions is required.

This position is on:    1st shift: 8:00am – 5:00pm
