MATERIAL HANDLER- SHIPPING & RECEIVING

This position will receive production and non-production materials.  Handle grinding, mixing and issuing production materials.

Requirements for this position include:  standing/walking for extended periods of time, frequent pushing, pulling and lifting up to 55lbs, frequent bending and twisting.

Ability to make independent decisions, reading and understanding instructions and labels, basic math skills, and dependable attendance.   Must be organized and detail-oriented.

Experience would be preferred but we are willing to train.

This position is available on 1st shift:   7:00am  – 3:30pm

 

MATERIAL HANDLER- PRODUCTION

This position will pull and transport parts, mix materials, clean and relocate grinders and change out runner recycle gaylords and keep the production area clean.

Requirements for this position include:  standing/walking for extended periods of time, frequent pushing, pulling and lifting up to 55lbs, frequent bending and twisting.

ability to make independent decisions that affect assembly processes are a must as well as reading and understanding instructions and labels.

Experience would be preferred but we are willing to train.

This position is available on 2nd shift:  4:00pm – 12:30am

 

QUALITY INSPECTOR

This position will perform in process and final product quality checks. Set up testing equipment, perform testing, log results.

Requirements for this position include: sitting/standing for long periods of time. Measuring production parts– first article, in process and final inspection; log results, track scrap.

Basic metrology skills, blueprint reading preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to understand verbal and/or written instructions required.

Ability to communicate effectively with various other departments and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment

This position is available on 2nd shift:  4:00pm – 12:30am

 

SWISS CNC SCREW MACHINE PROGRAMMER / OPERATOR

This position will be responsible for setting up, programming and maintaining Star CNC screw machines.

Requirements for this position include: Swiss style machining, programming and new part processing.  G Code knowledge required.  Esprit experience preferred.

Strong math skills, attention to detail/accuracy and the ability to understand verbal and/or written instructions are a must.
