SWISS CNC SCREW MACHINE OPERATOR/PROGRAMMER

This position programs, sets up and maintains CNC screw machines.

Requirements for this position include: Frequent reaching, bending and lifting.  Set up, maintain and program screw machines, adjusting offsets loading bars, cleaning out chips.  New part programming with Esprit software.  Collaborate with Production and Engineering on new part processing.

Basic math skills, strong attention to accuracy and detail and the ability to understand verbal and/or written instructions.

This position is on 1st shift:  8:00am – 4:30pm

 

INJECTION MOLDING PROCESS TECHNICIAN

This position will set up and start injection molding machines, ensuring all processes are followed and reporting is completed.

Requirements for this position include: set up molding machines and process/debug existing molds, ensure process monitors are on and set correctly, answer alarms, record changes, collaborate with other departments including quality and engineering.

Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and standing in this position. Lifting and occasional climbing are required.  Strong attention to detail and ability to read and follow instructions is important.  Experience with injection molding equipment including:  molding machines, chiller systems, thermolators, driers and grinders.

This position is on:  2nd shift  4:00pm – 12:30am     and      3rd shift  12:00am – 8:30am

 

MATERIAL HANDLER

This position will support production operations- mix materials, keep bins and driers full, pull and transport parts bins, grind runners and change out recycle bins.

Requirements for this position include:  Standing and walking for long periods of time.  Frequent lifting of up to 55 lbs, stooping, bending, pushing and pulling.

Basic math skills, strong attention to accuracy and detail and the ability to understand verbal and/or written instructions.  Experience is preferred but we are willing to train.

This position is on 1st shift:  8:00am – 4:30pm     and     3rd shift:  12:00am – 8:30am

 

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

This position will help keep plant machinery and mechanical equipment in good repair: repair and maintain electric molding machines, auxiliary equipment, chiller and cooler systems.  Perform some light building and grounds maintenance.

Requirements for this position include:  Standing and walking for long periods of time.  Frequent lifting, stooping, bending, pushing and pulling.

Mechanical aptitude, strong attention to accuracy and detail and the ability to understand verbal and/or written instructions.  Experience is required.

This position is on:    1st shift: 8:00am – 4:30pm

 

QUALITY INSPECTOR

This position will perform in process and final product quality checks. Set up testing equipment, perform testing, log results.

Requirements for this position include: sitting/standing for long periods of time. Measuring production parts– first article, in process and final inspection; log results, track scrap.

Basic metrology skills, blueprint reading, strong attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to understand verbal and/or written instructions

This position is on:    2nd shift: 12:00am – 8:30am

 

MOLD REPAIR TECHNICIAN / MOLD MAKER

This position will troubleshoot, diagnose, service and repair plastic injection molds.

Requirements for this position include: Standing for long periods of time.  Extensive experience with mold repair and operating shop equipment including measuring equipment, grinders, lathe and mills.

Fine motor skills, strong attention to accuracy and detail and ability to push/pull/lift up to 50lbs

This position is on 1st shift 8:00am  –  4:30pm
